BE ADVISED: Our shopping cart is set up to ship to the continental United States only.  All other international customers please click here for a shipping and handling quote, thanks.

BE ADVISED: Due to high demand our shipping department is very busy.  Orders usually ship within 3-4 business days, at which time you will be emailed tracking information.

BE ADVISED: ALL orders now require the customers phone number, which we will email you in request of if your phone number doesn’t show on your paypal order.  UPS no longer holds your package after their standard three delivery attempts.  Our products are shipped signature required, and if your not able to sign after the third UPS delivery attempt, UPS will not hold your product, they will ship it back to us at your expense.  What this means is that if you want your model to be re-shipped to you, you will have to pay NEW shipping charges, to cover the cost of the model being shipped back to us, and then back to you.  This payment will be done through an emailed paypal invoice.  UPS does put an “attempted to deliver” tag on your door if your not there to sign for the package.  You can call your local UPS warehouse and arrange a way for you to pick up the package in person if needed.  Upon original shipment, we will email you your tracking number, and then you will receive an automated call from UPS alerting you to the upcoming delivery to help you be present to sign for and not miss the package.  If you miss all three delivery attempts, and the model is returned to us, and you refuse to pay the additional new shipping charges to re-ship the package to you, but rather want a refund, you will receive a refund LESS the cost to cover the original shipping charges PLUS the shipping charges incurred to return the package to us,  PLUS a 15% re-stocking charge.  We have NEVER had a problem with ANY product we have ever shipped.  We have never had the above scenario actually take place, three UPS delivery attempts has always ended up putting the product into the customers hands.  We however must  list this policy in the rare event of the package actually being missed.  The fact that we provide a tracking number upon shipment, and that UPS sends the automated phone call as well as makes three delivery attempts with door tags, at that point it is the customers responsibility to be ready to sign for their package(s), or to respond to the UPS door tags and take the initiative to pick up the package in person.

Please also note:  If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but before you have received it, your refund will be LESS the original outgoing shipping cost PLUS any additional fees incurred to return the order to us.  You will also be charged the 15% re-stocking charge.

The above rule also applies to any and all products other than the anatomy models. This same scenario outlined above is just the same using any  products specific shipping amount.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, FEES OR COMPLICATIONS OF ANY KIND. BE ADVISED:  There is a minimum order of $399.00 for international shipping, and there is a minimum order of $139.00 for continental USA PO Box addresses.

BE ADVISED: If your paypal shipping address is a PO Box, your international shipping quote will be higher than normal, this is due to our partnership/rate package with UPS which the USPS does not offer.  ALSO, IF YOUR A DOMESTIC USA CUSTOMER AND YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A PO BOX, AFTER ADDING YOUR PRODUCTS TO YOUR CART AND CHECKING OUT, YOU WILL BE EMAILED A REMINDER ABOUT THE HIGHER USPS RATES AND ASKED FOR PERMISSION TO BE EMAILED A PAYPAL INVOICE FOR THE ADDITIONAL COSTS OR YOU CAN DISAGREE WITH THE ADDITIONAL USPS RATES AND WILL BE REFUNDED.  FEEL FREE TO EMAIL US FOR A FULL SHIPPING AND HANDLING QUOTE IF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A PO BOX BEFORE ADDING ANY PRODUCT TO YOUR CART, THANKS.

BE ADVISED: Due to the intensive hand-painting process on the version 3 model, it is possible that a version 3 order may not ship until approximately 1 week after the order date.

BE ADVISED: For any “unconfirmed addresses” as given by paypal after payment, we may require the buyer to email us a scanned image attachment copy of their drivers license or another valid form of identification showing the same name and address as their shipping address showing on the Paypal order. 

BE ADVISED:  Pre-orders may be canceled up to 45 days after the order date without assessing a 5% service fee.  Pre-orders canceled after 45 days from the order date will be refunded less a 5% service fee.

If you are simply not satisfied with your product for reasons other than damage during shipment, return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.  If the package(s) are damaged upon receipt, please let us know immediately and we will work with you on a full refund.  Follow the 21 day return policy provided with your model as well as listed below.   We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or regulations in any way.

Anatomicalfigures.com orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days from the time we receive your on-line order.
Depending on the weight & size or your product, delivery times may be faster than stated - for delivery time estimates see below:

With-in United States:

Standard – USPS or UPS , 2-6 Days

Canada:

Standard - USPS  or UPS , 4 - 8 Days

All other countries:

Standard - USPS  or UPS , varies, usually 8-10 business days

Pre-order delivery - If you have made a pre/advanced order on any item, your product will be sent to you as soon as it arrives at our head office, shipped to you via the delivery method you chose when placing your order.

What are pre-orders? Due to customer requests for this option, when products are in the final stage of production , we may make them available for pre-order; so it is possible to reserve a product choice ahead of time avoiding the risk of not being able to make an order due to items being sold out. NOTE due to demand we have already pre-sold half of our inventory on some items.

RETURNS

If  there is any damage to the product(s) upon your opening of the package(s), we reserve the right to make repairs before merchandise is exchanged.

1) Ship back the item(s) within 21 days of the postmarked shipping date on your package

2) Ship the item to our head office labeled as the following:

3) you must ship item(s) using the complete & original packaging.

4) you must complete all the information on the "return instructions slip" accurately & honestly to the best of your ability.

5) you must ship item(s) using a carrier service with a tracking number assigned to your return & include this tracking number on the "return instructions slip".

6) you must include your reason(s) for return on the return slip provided with your invoice receipt,

7) you must let us know if you wish 1/ a prompt replacement or 2/ a refund for the amount of the merchandise (minus the original shipping/handling costs)

8) Item(s) with the original UPC label or proof of purchase tab removed cannot be accepted for a return.

9) If your shipment did not include a "return instructions slip", DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM please use our Contact Us page and tell us this issue and we will email you the correct return slip for your order.


SALES TAX
All orders shipped to within the state of Nevada will be charged 8.1% sales tax. 
All orders shipped to within the state of Arizona will be charged 7.35% sales tax

REFUNDS

Please note that any refunds given after the purchase but prior to shipping will incur a $ .30 fee.  This is because Paypal charges $ .30 fee per transaction.  If you change your mind after purchasing, but still prior to shipping,  your refund will be less this $ .30 fee.  If your an international customer who does not follow international customer ordering instructions, then does not desire to pay the additional and proper shipping and handling fees for your order, and then requests a refund, your refund will be less this $ .30 fee.
